Situation:
I see a nice item in market that I want.
I have no silver to buy it.
Thinks maybe the seller wants to trade the item with the item I have… but f***, who’s the seller?

This also can help report those selling items at a huge price meant gold sellers.
I mean, we can more or less guess which player is buying silver if this feature is going to exist.
We need this.

You don’t know thats what its meant for. Me and my friends do this to give money to each other.
But you don’t give 5kk silver to your friend do you?
Usually a few hundred thousand. But last i check there were no 5mil junk items, the junk items used for transferring are usually in ~30k each range.
All I can think about their decision to hide names is to avoid this kind of scenario: “This one has a pretty good price! Let’s bu- oh, wait… It’s him. I won’t buy anything from him because I hate him.”, let’s say.
But even so, I find it pointless.
I always assumed it was so it was harder for gold sellers to buy from a specific person to transfer the money. Not that it matters they just use a unique price to identify them selves.
Oh, true! Now I remember people were talking about something they weren’t able to change the zero’s in the price, like they want to set it up for 10.069 Silver, but they can’t, so it will stay as 10.000
Well, junk items in high number with a quite high price I guess will show that it’s for gold seller.
But well, I guess that also gives a lot of problems I didn’t think of.
