While a parody. My counter.
Transendence still by and large produces far more value then Gems lvl 1-10 at current end-game and without Gems receiving a buff, this will only grow more and more relevant. Particularly given many items still are 2 or 3 slots compared to the 5 hammer of yore (excluding HG Sword, 2h Sword and musket).
With Transcendence 10 being measured up in Years assuming 2 runs a day and 6 rerolls for a regular player doing just one item. Half a decade+ if we were talking about transcendence on ALL items.
That immediately goes up to 2 years with 1 run a day and 3 rerolls and more practically a stupid number assuming just 1 or 2 shards a day from not rerolling.
Given this large as ■■■■ discrepancy in time some of the best equipped to deal with this are…paid users who on top of regular farming can sell you a token/costume, etc that you can’t otherwise get and then use those funds to help buy shards from people who frankly can’t use them because they realistically will never hit trans 10 given the amount of shards required by a regular person.
Perhaps the parody should just say “Money” because if you don’t have it or RMT. With very few exceptions you were never going to see the peak of the mountain.

If this cube goes through, it even makes reaching lv.10 trans for whales easier - you can trade those practs, high-level gems, and maybe even awakening service w/ stone for shards/gems.
Ez +16/+21 from diamond anvil. 
Where Trans 10 everything was logistically impossible even for the most ridiculous of players.

Shard acquisition can almost directly be measured in Runs or Runs + Rerolls.
I don’t think there’s enough people running Saalus in general to Trans 10 everything for every fat cat.
Some of them might still have to wait a year
lol in the end its worth to rerolling saalus cubes if the shard price goes higher then 300k xD
Might be different for other servers but in Telsiai, shard movement in the market is crazy fast that prices would rapidly fluctuate between 130k to 190k.
As someone who sells his own shards (because silver in this game is life) I would sometimes notice a massive buyout.
The value of rerolling depends on how fast the market can supply the shards.
If all the shards are bought up then you either wait for more people to get shards and sell theirs or you start rerolling cubes.
