Purple stats Vs green stats on gear

I know that con is still good and Spr on some builds but the other stats?

Str/Int gives very low atk power and thats all it gives.
Dex gives Crit atk and atk speed Crit atk is Bad anyway.

The Purple stats on theother hand like:

• Max HP
• HP Recovery
• Max SP
• SP Recovery
• Critical Rate
• Block
• Block Penetration
• Accuracy
• Evasion
• Max Stamina
• Looting Chance

After you reach lvl 390 gear is the only source to get purple stats.

Or am I wrong about this?

My opinion about gear, with the stats being locked for classes mostly, is to get CON and main stat. Rest purple or blue(Mdef/Pdef).
There is no point in having 5 stats if your class scales off strenght or intelligence, since apart from clerics, you’ll most likely use only one of the two.
Dex is useless.
