Purify the toxic fumes in 2f not working

Where it happened: Crystal Mine 2F

Bug Description : Just had completed “purify the toxic fumes in 1f” with some issues (had to abandon quest and take it again with the NPC), went to do this quest and have the same issue with it, only that I can’t abandon the quest and get it again from the NPC, all I can do is restart from the Quests window (F5), which doesn’t solve the problem. Basically what I’m getting is I just can’t interact with any of the “Purifiers”. I get the “dialog bubble” when hovering the cursos over it, but clicking doesn’t do anything.

I’ve managed to successfully reproduce the bug by simply creating another character and getting to the same point. The very same bug happened in the previous quest (Purify the toxic fumes in 1F) and I managed to fix it by abandoning the quest and restarting it. Finally, on the 2F portion of the quest I’m bugged on the same part. Welp, guess there is no passing this point.

you just lack one level… use exp cards

Same happened with me… so I abandoned the quest to try and fix the problem but I couldn’t get the quest again now my char is stuck on this place. But well, I went to Orsha and I’ll keep doing Orsha’s quests until they fix the Crystal Mine 2F problem. :weary:

Really? A year later and they still didn’t fix this? I’m having the very same issue here
