Date and Time : 3/29/2016

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :Keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Crystal Mines F1, Fix Purifier quest. Central purifier.

Bug Description Friend had issue doing quest so I abandoned it to do it with him. Can’t interact with Central Purifier or use compass
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Do Central Purifier
  2. Abandon Quest
  3. ???
  4. Profit
  5. Get the character you used your $49 Founder Stuff on stuck and unable to progress.
  6. Be told the solution to this bug is to remake my character. GG waste of money.

New Info after looking up the quest.

I’m at a part where its suppose to let me use the compass to find the spare purifier. I can’t use the compass for it to trigger that part. It also says on the quest

“[Complete] Fix the Central Purifier (2)”

Clearly its not complete and I cant continue I understand this is the first couple hours of the game being out. But I refuse to make a new character like I have been told by many people. This character has my VIP thing and the hats.

I found the solution.

  1. Press F5 to go into quest log.
  2. Click “Abandoned”
  3. Click to get the quest again!!

I too have the same issue and am unable to do anything to fix it. I have try CCing, abandoning the quest and killing everything on the floor nothing seems to work sadly

I am having the same issue… What should I do?

Steps
1: Abandon Quest
2: Pick Up quest
3: press f5
4: There should be an “AbandonTab” Click it
5: Click the restart Button on the “Fix the Central Purifier” Quest
6: Finish the Quest.

***This is how I finished it.

its not working that now and i have same problem -_-

I did
1.Press F5 to go into quest log
2. Click Abandoned
3.Click to get the quest again
but everytime I get the new quest its the same
[Complete] Fix the Central Purifier (2)
nothing changes on my situation

You need to clear the secundary quest to unbug the main quest in 1F
