My party member and I were on this quest, both of us collected the items and went to the pool. Two players there were having the same issue as us, and were not able to interact with the pool to fulfill the quest. We tried approaching it from several angles, relogged, unpartied, clearing the area, all with no luck.

I’m bumping this too. I’ve tried relogging and it doesn’t work. Cannot abandon the quest to restart it either.
