So there is an attribute for Wizards that increases the damage of Energy Bolt by 50% if the target is sleeping. There are also a few others that directly increase the damage of Energy Bolt. Magic Missile also fires twice if the target is sleeping. Do you think this is a viable build, or will it be outshined by others?
It’s viable only because those skills have such low CDs. Energy Bolt has a CD of 9 while Magic Missiles have a CD of 17. Magic Missiles however does not have splash (I don’t believe) and as such is only really a bossing skill. If you’re fine with that, then the build works well.
Then again Elementalist has a ton of AoE attacks… so go for it.
