so, i accidentally bought 2 900 packs in south east asia server and one of 300 in my server ( SOUTHamerica) and cause i retrieved the 300 one, steam wont refund partially, and i opened two tickets with imc already where they say they cant do anything, even though i havent retrieved, so theres nothing to do other then just loose 2000 tp?
