Purchase of 100 TP for SA server and not received

I purchased 18.76 R$ reais in credit for the Steam, to buy the 100 TP package for the savior tree game. It states that I successfully performed transactions, but the value in TP does not appear in the game.

I alread contacted Steam and they confirmed that everything nomrlaized and credits in, now I just need you responsible for the game give me an answer to solve this.
