So is it possible to still do this combo. I heard it’s changed that if you don’t have Linker in the build to link the Fireballs, they will be pushed away… any videos or can people confirm this?
The fireballs do get pushed away by PP: it pushes them further with each hit, so at most you get like four ticks off. It’s not very practical for leveling up honestly. It’s possible to pressure the fireballs into a wall (they won’t move away)… but usually that means you’re facing away from the monsters and it just doesn’t work that well for me.
I’m not completely sure (I’d have to test it more), but I think it works a lot better for bosses. For some reason the fireballs don’t go entirely through the boss (as if the boss itself is a ‘wall’) so you can pressure the fireballs and they won’t be pushed out of range and that does a LOT of damage. I only have one class in pyro so far so again I can’t guarantee that this is how it works… maybe someone can confirm?
