Psychic preasure freezes character animations

Visual bug.

Any time the skill psychic preasure is used.

Description :

(decription of what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened)

First I used the skill psychic preasure then I held down the arrow keys of my keyboard to direct the skill towards somewhere then I canceled the skill while keeping the arrow keys pressed.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Use psychic presure

2. Hold arrow keys of the keyboard down

3. Cancel the skill while keeping the arrow keys down

4. Move around and there won’t be any character movement animation

Note: The animations of my character are frozen not only to me but to everyone else just like on the video.
