Just speculation, but I think it’s a good guess that if two or more members enters the dungeon in a very short interval one after the other, they’ll be put in difference instances, with the rest of the party going with the one who entered second. Happened to me about thrice now.
Lucky the latest one was a Lake mission. What a PIA it would have been if it was Ruins or Royal Mau.
