At least on Klaipeda, and I hope other servers do this tomorrow. I will be walking popular maps and reporting everyone still trying to necro farm, since the only way to do it is with macros or straight up botting.
Be warned. Hopefully some of them get banned so we can remove their dirty silver from the market.
Semi-afk farming is still possible though. I actually do this while I watch my favorite shows. Though it would be more difficult now cause you have to collect corpse fragment more often or invest alot on fragmentation jewel.

Itll be pretty obvious if you see the same person farming the same spot for unrealistic hours.
As long as we can have a short conversation I guess you are in the clear! Just like RO bots, if they didnt respond to me then i reported them, or their movements/activites were bot-like.

We will see if it’s still feasible to semi-afk farm tomorrow. If not, it’s ok, a welcome change in exchange for the previously huge boost on summons attack and now AI improvements. It’s so easy to farm HG and high level maps even if you’re multi-tasking. The wonders of having a 2nd monitor. 
Bear in mind that the process towards a permanent ban is somewhat slow. Even if you report people you KNOW were breaking rules you may still see them around in future because they only received their first or second punishment.
1st offence: 1 week ban
2nd offence: 1 month ban
3rd offence: Permanent ban
Remember that if you see someone you reported it doesn’t mean that IMC did nothing to them. Immediate permanent bans are not the first action taken against players.
Just in case some people make the mistake (again) of thinking that action isn’t taken against offenders. It’s been common in the past for people to think that a person was not punished because they are still playing the game, when in fact they just received a 1 week or month punishment instead of a permanent ban.
Normally I do not move like a bot, I do not know how they move, I just stop using skill and let the mobs do the work for me, that’s the idea of a summoner, summoning mobs that work for him.
And no use talking to me, because I have no obligation to be social in this game. When I started playing I saw the rules and there is nothing written down that a player is required to talk or respond to any other player.
Besides, I do not know you and my parents taught me not to talk to strangers.

I would reply to a GM to prove I am still there but I don’t need a player going vigilante on me to prove I am a bot or macroing lol.It’s the GM job to investigate,if a player I don’t know contacts me via shout/whisper/normal chat I am not going to answer them,unless it’s clearly a “real” gm.
Sure there are people who legitly afk farm and not use any 3rd party software but GOD!!! If only your kind of attitude is bannable… You’re the kind of people that whines about this game banning you from playing because you’re too good to be talking to people politely asking if you’re botting or not “I’m darnk and angsty character i hide in the shadows i solo i dont need nobody” bullsit my as!

Trying replying to 300 players over and over that your not a bot or macroing,it gets annoying and repetitive.Just report the person no matter and have the GM investigate without asking the Necros/Sorcs if their bots/macroing because at the end of the day is the GM that sentence you not the player.
I just won’t answer to players over and over with the same sentence"No I am not macroing nor botting".I rather say it once per week or month to the GM can leave me alone and i can watch my shows in peace.
Here my choices
A - Answer god knows how many players that your not a bot or moacroing and still have to answer the GM when he shows up because lets be honest your still going to be reported regardless if you answer or not.
OR
B - Don’t answer players and just answer the GMs.
I choose B where you get to waste less time answering 4000 people over and over versus like maybe 1-3 GMs.

Ya multiple that with a lot of players.A lot ppl hate necro/sorc farming so they will be ppl hunting for them all day.Your not a GM so I don’t owe you anything simple as that.Report me and have the GM come down to investigate me and then I can go about my business.

He has already chosen to check the screen every 30 seconds, just in case a wild GM appears in front of him.
We just have to report necros without even checking if they are bot or not
And when i see you, i will report u as well. Just because.
Please do. It decreases your credibility to the GMs when you false report.
GMs are not the only ones responsible for routing cancer from the community, and anyone who bots or buys silver should be shamed until they get banned or quit.
You don’t owe anyone anything, but that’s because playing by the rules doesn’t cost you anything. The burden is bared by those who aren’t cheating when it gets a pass.
