Although this is a lil late but I am sure it will be useful in the future. If you ask for build help, it makes it a lot more beneficial if you give a small summary of what you want the char to do. Farming? TBL? Et? Fast Dailies? Fun build? Remember, the more you wanna do, the less specialized you become. The more focus you are , the better you will likely do in that realm.
It will really help in deciding what build is the “best”
We want them all cuz we are greedy and lazy bastards 
joking aside, there are so much which I can retort at the moment.
Some are just not describing enough cuz they are lazy, don’t know or simply don’t care. BEST is simple keyword as some people claim so.
some also just want a quick advise as they don’t have time to test and want a solid build
or some are tricky enough to ask only to lure more conversation or judge the others…
Anyways, I am with this and I’ll also make sure to ask for more details when asking
