PSA: Claiming founder's packs puts a box in your character's inventory

I had actually gone through and made 2 support tickets(they replied with a set of standard questions that need answers like time of redemption etc.) before i realized that the 160 TP(from the now defunct founder’s pack 3)i claimed was literally a box that showed up in my character’s premium inventory.

i mean if it was just the TP alone with no items i thought it would immediately show up in my account but ugh.

doesn’t help that i searched through the forum and found another topic about someone else missing his 160 TP(which i can only assume is for the same reason).

topic was from 6 days ago which made it seem like a fairly recent “bug” i wasn’t alone in and thus, prompted 2 support tickets(2nd one i deleted since it was still unanswered).

hi, i also opened 5 tickets about my missing TP from the first day. They are sending me back, the same automated answers. I searched the forum but no way, i found another topic about it but it’s closed. Then i saw this one. All the other players using the benefits of TP’s, this not fair. And no one trying to solve that problem.

so did you figure it out?

it’s not a bug and the TP isn’t missing but it’s in the inventory of whichever character you redeem it on =).
