Protection Mode Still on Account

Back when cxAnywhere addon users were restricted, me being one of them, I quit the game for some time. My friend’s recently started playing again and told me the restriction had been lifted on the accounts via a news post https://treeofsavior.com/news/?n=502&vp=4

However, I am still unable to login to ANY server. I submitted a support ticket back on the 18th or 19th, but it has gone unresponded. Is there any other options for contacting a GM about this, or am I just SoL?

Apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced while waiting for the ticket to be answered. I’ve taken a look at the issue and have asked for the proper actions to be taken.

Please let me know if you are still having issues accessing the game.

Thank you so much for your response and help in this situation! Was able to login and make a new character with my friend today. Greatly appreciated :grinning:
