Prominence is an extremely strong spell that can hit multiple times. In order to maximize damage output, you will need to stand in specific positions against large bosses such as the ones in weekly boss raids.
The perfect position to maximize damage is to stand point blank right ontop of your target(assuming there is no aiming casted).
