when I have the attribute “provoke” off. even I have much aggro even with low-level monsters

If you cause more damage than the rest of the group of course that you will get the aggro.
If not, it could be that the switch is not properly working, using SB also generate aggro, if you got Pelt on your build.
Here worked normal. I just did a run with another tank that was con focused. Im also a tanker but i did more damage so i got agro a few times before i turn provoke off. After that it was a normal run.
Lol there isn’t anything wrong with it at all. Running up the mob only attracts it to you, aggro from that point on, aside from Swash which creates threat, is just damage based. Even without it on, if you are out damaging your other pt members you’ll still take aggro. If it’s vs another swordy and they have it on and you don’t, if you do more than 6x? Their damage, you’ll still take aggro.
