Problems with some symbols in-game

I am a brazilian player who really enjoyed the game and recommended it to a friend of mine, but there is a problem: he’s catholic and has an OCD problem, some symbols used in the game are controversal and trigger his mental problems and don’t match with his religion. Please, can you do a setting option for the game to remove these bad symbols? Or, if there’s already a similar option, could you tell me how to configure it? My friend is really looking forward to playing the game, but due to his unconscious reactions to the simbols he can’t play. Sorry for any mistakes in grammar.

I asked him about any specific parts, he didnt specify but he told me that one example would be a boss he fought in the orsha questline around lvl 15, it was a dark hooded demon that casts some magic that are pentagrams with horrendous faces in the middle. I think it’s probably a Necroventer or similar. I’ll see if I can get him to take a screen shot for me.
