Problems with animation: Premium Snowflake Costume

I noticed that my Premium Snowflake Costume has some problem in the animation, in fact the problem is not of the Premium Snowflake Costume itself, since I exchanged it with a friend and even then it continued with more effect on it than when I use it. I think the crown hat costume also add some snow effects. (I’m really not sure about that though)
