Problems that makes the game unplayable

Hi, I just redownloaded the game yesterday only to mad more and more cause a bugged character prob.
My problems are 4:

1 - While playing the game after 2 or 3 minutes the game crashes and resends me to the server list and keeps doing it everytime I play, i tried reinstalling and everything but nothing changed.
Only one time it gave me the ERROR 8.

2 - My character has NO QUEST.

3 - My advancement is bugged, I cannot choose anything.

4 - I cannot connect my steam account to the support, I’ve done the login and everything but when I try to connect It a white page popup and nothing happens.

My other characters works without problems and gave me no crash, I would have done a new Swordsman but I have the event stuff on Her. Hope someone can help me.

This problem happens because this character homecity was probably set as Orsha (before the patch which locked homecity to klaipeda), and you didn’t done the introdution quests before the said patch
I got this issue too, I just deleted and created another character and the problem was solved

PM a @Staff and congrats on returning “safely” unlike me that am still fighting pak and vga errors and watching the ToS logo like if it was drying paint D:

Saddly I have event stuff on this PG like 300% exp books etc.
