ctrl alt del -> close client_tos.exe -> try again
here always work at second time.

Post must be at least 20 characters
Well…tried to end the client at task manager and restart it again, tried the way of leonardo_g_damiao, even created a new char in Klaipeda server - it connect in Klaipeda server, so I loggout and tried Silute again… Nothing worked
What do you mean by “post must be ate least 20 characters”? I tried the way of Damiao but it didn’t work at all. What exactly have you done?
Pois é gente, já tentei tudo isso mencionado acima, já havia acontecido isso comigo outra vez e a única coisa que funcionou foi esperar. Lamentável que esse server seja o pior andei jogando em [EU]Fedimian e não tenho problemas.
O pior que já tenho tudo aqui no [SA] e não vale a pena investir tudo de novo em outro server.
Ufa… alguém que se manifesta em portugues!
Olha, eu to procurando soluções pra esse problema. Começou a meia noite de hoje e até agora nada. Esperei 9 horas e nada. Agora encontrei outras possiveis soluções: a que estou tentando agora é verificar a integridade dos arquivos do jogo via steam - especificamente, fui em “propriedades/arquivos locais/verificar integridade dos arquivos” dando click inverso no jogo na biblioteca da steam. Não sei se vai funcionar. O que der certo eu posto aqui, em inglês tmb ^^
Guys, I think I found the problem and the solution.
1-Go to your library and right click on Tree of Savior then go to Properties.
2-Then go to the 3rd tab and verify the files.

I logged in orsha then disconnected and logged in silute

Vá para a biblioteca da Steam. De um clique inverso no arquivo do jogo e vá para “propriedades”. La, escolha a opção “verificar integridade dos arquivos”. Devem aparecer como resultado pelo menos um arquivo com problema. Ele sera substituĂdo automaticamente. Tomara que funcione pra vcs tambĂ©m! Creditos ao @thballa

Well… you can try to reinstall. It sucks, but the problem is with the game archives this time - or at least it seens so, but maybe with the hotfix they made yesterday something get wrong with us players of Silute. Wish you luck
