Bug Description :Problems connecting to the server [ SA ] Silute , I performed a test to try to identify the problem.
Test 1 : Using the VIVO connection fiber 100 mb , the game has difficulty to go to the character selection screen and some maps when trying to enter the game you put out of the game directly and when you try to login gets stuck in menu screen with the message that it is not possible to connect .
Test 2: using the 4G CLARO connection, the game works perfectly smoothly, just normal slow to be connected by phone.
Now why can not I use the VIVO connection fiber 100mb ? there is something that is blocking ? strange that the American server did not have any problems.
