I won’t lie, this is pretty stupid, I’ve been waiting for a chance to reset the rank of my wizard for a time now so I was happy to finally receive a reset pack with the arrival of the new class.
However, when I was assigning the reset items to my wizard, I don’t know how I did it, but I managed to put the items on my lvl 50 cleric, my lowest level character that obviously doesn’t need any reset…
It’s really weird since I remember assigning the reset to my wizard but here I am so, is there any alternative way I could reset my rank or retrieve my rank voucher from my useless cleric?

I don’t think they will help you with that but it’s worth trying, send them a support ticket, I’ve seen they transfering items from one char to another to other players, maybe they help u.

I already sent them a message but they just said me it’s not supposed to be transfered from one character to the other, thank you anyways, maybe I’ll try rephrasing my request and ask them again…
Maybe they’ll give another reset on may 2, since there’s a maintenance and they say the reset event is from april 24 to may 2.

Try tagging a STAFF here to see if they ignore you.
It’s your own fault for messing up but hell, the support is completely useless. What’s the point of them just lurking around the forums, telling people how they are going to “send their feedback to the developers” or how they are going to “investigate the reported accounts”.
Absolutely useless.
