I just finished the quest and teleport to speak with Bishop Urbonas. I thought I already finish the quest and went out of the room. Then I realized that I have to speak twice with him and I couldn’t go back to the room, because the entrance of the hidden Chamber doesn’t work anymore when I try to activate it. Is there any form of enter in this room again? I’m stuck >.<

This just happened to me. He asked if I wanted to leave, I was not ready, so I clicked that, and went and finished the other stuff in the prison, then decided to come back, it will not let me use the entrance to portal back to him.

Switch to keyboard controls, press ‘spacebar’ and it should actually let you go back in the room. This is a temp fix, and it worked.
