Problem with Class Advancement at lvl 15

Date and Time : 03/29/2016

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mac Laptop Keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Vubbe Outpost at Miners’ Village after fighting quest boss

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Killed Red Vubbe Fighter
  2. Leveled up to 15 class lvl
  3. Talked to Vaidotas
  4. Clicked Advancement but found out it was ranked up to Wizard circle 2 when I want Cryomancer circle 1. I tried clicking Cryomancer class and also Cryomancer Master npc but both of them doesn’t work.

Having the same issue with cyromancer master job change for level 15.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We suggest to try restarting TOS and Steam and let see if this will work.

if the issue still persists, send us a support ticket with a screenshot or a video of this issue that you are reporting.

where can we send it?

@GM_Sebastian, this doesn’t fix it. I’ve also tried verifying steam cache and it didn’t help at all.

People have also logged in on their friends’ computers whom could complete the class change on their own characters, but it still didn’t work - which can only mean that it’s a problem related to the in-game characters themselves as far as I can tell.

Other supporting evidence for this is that people who have encountered this problem have gone on to make a new character, and have not had this problem on their newly created characters.
