I am at Rank7 class 2, after I reset my character, use all the EXP card
I found I am only Rank6 class1, that is a bug right, plz reply and help me fix this problem.

indeed what you should get is rank 7 class 1
Yeah, or at least RANK 6 class 15. I think there is a bug that didn’t give me the RANK 7 EXP card
yea you could check again or send them a support ticket with screenshots, that is the fastest way to fix your problem
