What seems to be your problem with the PM?_?
Please be as specific as you can…
to be sure it’s delivered use https://forum.treeofsavior.com/users/staff_letitia/activity > click on message > copy content of your fan art post > paste it on PM… and have the title of PM be the title on your Thread
EDIT: the reason why you cant post in fan art is cause you are too new to the forum, but if you read lots of threads/posts and do stuff on forum…
you will be able to before tomorrow 
@STAFF_Letitia is there a similar restriction in PMs?_?
