Priest's Sacrament working with 50% efficacy after changing channels/maps

After changing channels/maps, Sacrament’s effect drop to 50%.

Has noticed this post, but this is a bit different…

Sacrament (priest buff) stops working on map change

Please fill in as much as you can : Date and Time : 8/7 Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : mouse Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : all map changes, channel changes Bug Description : Sacrament (priest buff) stops giving the additional attack, but the buff icon still appears. Steps to reproduce the issue : 1) Use sacrament 2) Attack mob 3) Change map/channel 4) Attack other mob
