Priest's Revive in TBL

Why only one Revive’s cast is allowed during entire round when we can use unlimited Ausrines and others buffs considered “OP”. Revive has a nice CD for it’s 30 sec up. Not fair.

As someone who mains a priest3 in pvp, Revive is fine l2p.

Use it as an emergency cooldown when someone is about to die. You can’t do that with Ausrine.

Enlighten me on why it doesnt. Im saying the skill is fine.

Being able to cast it multiple times per round would be OP.

Priest was the First class to receive some kind of Nerf in PvP. Some of that changes are obsolete now. That’s my point.

Its already introduced in the very first of TBL. Priests skills got nerfed due to balance in the arena. Revive can only be cast once per round, teammates can only be resued once. The revive skill got balanced pretty hard tho and includes the hidden mechanic.

Revive skill in pvp mode

  • Buff duration is 30s
  • Triggered invulnerability duration : [Skill level] / 2 seconds
  • Hidden mechanic : If someone gets damaged more than 150% of his/her max hp. The effect of hp recovery becomes 1 hp instead of % hp recovery

(ex: a person with 20k max hp with lv10 revive buff got damaged by 40k cannon blast. The revive buff invulnerability and recovery triggered. But instead of recovering 50% max hp, he/she will only recover 1 hp)

The only annoying thing is the hidden mechanics, because it doesnt advertise the skill description (% hp recovery). Im fine if the revive skill can only be casted once in TBL, but the hidden mechanics should not be included in TBL.

I got introduced in the first round because it was recognized how OP it was, one of the few things they did quickly that was worth doing.

It is annoying that in this sea of skills and classes, I might be wrong but, only Revive and Ressurect can be cast just once per round. As it is said, it has a lot of changes for pvp already.

At least with resu you can cast it on other people that die so there is that. The reason, in my eyes, why ausrine recast is fine is for two reasons:

1.) circle 3 of a rank3 base class, whereas revive is circle2 of a rank2 base.
2.) you have to stand there and carve the statue.
3.) you have to run around it to get the buff.

The statue can be killed or torndown.

Revive on the other cast is an instant cast party buff. You could just kite people all day and extend a match with revive, especially if you have pass.

Revive has a range and is not a great area but ok, it is an instant cast. I read somewhere that destroying the statue does not break ausrine buff anymore. The revive is a 120 seg CD in a 180 sec fight (TBL)… Pass works for any skills including revive. IMHO it still should be revised in some way, the changes are obsolete for the game nowdays. Best scenario we could cast 3 revives? Kill the priest.

No, Once statue down, the austrine buff will gone too, please try by yourself before assuming anything.

Did you notice of this changes and try REVIVE range by yourself?? still not a great area tho??

The main problem with revive is that priest is pretty common, so theres plenty of them playing. So when you have 3 clerics its pretty damn hard to kill them, moar with 3 revives x.x
