Priest: Sacrament level 5 vs 10

Hi all, I’m on my way to become a monk and am currently on Priest C3. Was playing around with my skill build on http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/ and realized that the difference between a level 5 and 10 sacrament is 16 damage each hit and 100 seconds duration. Was just wondering if the 5 skill points could be put into better use elsewhere like mass heal. I’d like to know you guys opionions.

Level 5 Sacrament:
Holy Property Attack: +24
Additional Damage: +24
Duration: 300 seconds
Consumes 1 Gyslotis
SP: 52

Level 10 Sacrament:
Holy Property Attack: +40
Additional Damage: +40
Duration: 400 seconds
Consumes 1 Gyslotis
SP: 78

As you can see, I’m not very impressed by an additional 32(16+16) damage and the decreased duration doesn’t bother me very much. I feel that the usefulness in Sacrament comes from the second hit that stacks with blessing and the holy element.

Edit: Heck, I’m even considering just using a level 1 Sacrament!

Level 1 sacrament is fine tbh, though it helps to get it as high as possible while you’re still leveling. Anything to speed up that boring auto atk grind imo.

Sacrament also only applies +12-40 additional dmg to skills per hit. But 36-120 to auto attacks. (holy element is the extra hit, additional dmg works on both)

At any skill level it lasts long enough anyway, and 5 point revives/mass heal can make quite a difference for dungeons.

Sounds good. Maybe I should leave sacrament at level 1 once I hit monk. Never knew it affects the damage of auto hits more than skills.
