[Priest] Sacrament - confusion about skill mechanics

People say different things about what Sacrament actually does and how it works.
A guy playing a Monk said Sacrament only triggers off of auto attacks, not skills. Double Punch, Smite, Hand Knife, etc. no extra hit from Sacrament. I assume the bonus dmg still applies, but the secondary hit doesn’t get triggered? Is that true? Because in other threads here on the forums people said Sacrament works with skills.

Can anyone who is playing a Monk tell me if their double punch hits 2 or 4 times with active Sacrament?

Also, does Sacrament’s bonus dmg apply to the secondary hit as well? So say it’s lvl 10 it does +40 dmg on hit, 40+40 dmg on 2nd hit?

This is correct sacrament is a bonus hit of holy damage that applies to auto attacks only. Blessing however applies to autos and skills and even the bonus holy damage from sacrament.

Never used sacrament on a corsair so i have no feed back on the multiple hits.
