I see some pardoner open buffs shop with level 16 buffs
How do they get level 16 buffs? Gem? Equipment set?
Divine Might, it’s a scam once DM wears off even though the buff says lvl 16 it only buffs lvl 15.
With a gem they can make it 16 permanently, also with Divine Might but it doesn’t last long , and with both it’s lvl 17.
