Blessing and Sacrament affect the skills? or only the Basic Attack? and Max them is a good idea for maximize the damage? For a future Monk 
It is a flat increase in damage so I don’t see why it wouldnt affect skills. Why don’t you test this?
I’m a Priest C1 and right now i cant play
Blessing:
-Adds x dmg for each hit you deal to a enemy. For both skills and auto attacks. Very good for multi hit skills obviously.
-Seems unaffected by defenses/elements. And shows as a yellow resistance like pop up.
-Majority of the damage comes from the attributes, +100 to be precise, so i’d say it’s fine at lvl 10 when you have plenty of hits. The last 5 points only add 20 dmg.
-Doesn’t work with Sadhu’s out of body, just verified it firsthand.
-Enchant Fire/Sacrament additional attack triggers blessing as well btw.
Sacrament:
-Adds both damage types to skills as raw dmg.
-Adds both damage types to your initial auto attack hit.
-Adds a secondary hit for each auto attack that deals slight less dmg. (if you have +40, 40 then it only adds +40.)
-Both auto attacks deal holy dmg in addition to their original element.
-Doesn’t work with Sadhu’s out of body either.
-Should be at least lvl 1 for the auto atk dmg boost in general. +80 dmg to each hit isn’t that bad though.

TL;DR -> Yes, it does.
I tested this last night with enchant fire and all my ranger skills with steady aim on. Did not work. Only applied to auto attacks. Go try it out with an archer and ranger and see if it works, because if it does I did something wrong.
