Is it too expensive (in silver)? I heard it’s TP-only but tradeable in the market.
Also, are TP costumes normally tradeable in the market for silver, or nah? Do I need VIP to also be able to buy anything from market, or only for selling? And am I losing out on too much by not loading any TP at all?

I will answer in parts.
I think skill reset potion is not available anymore (only EA packs, and Begginer’s one had, I think). I didn’t check TP trade NPC for some time, but I believe that you can’t buy. And from what I remember it is not tradable.

But I believe that it is untradable.
No, TP costumes are only for the character you buy it in (chara bound). You can’t pass to other characters on your team yet, if I’m not mistaken, soon we’ll see this feature (you’ll be able to pass via team storage).
No, buying and selling are available even if you are not a token user. The only difference is that the market fee when selling is bigger (30%, normal user; 10%, token user).
I think that is something for you to decide. Some will say “TP is useless!”; while others, “TP is the best thing you could spend your money with!”. It really is something that differs from player to player.
But with TP you can buy some costumes, pets (in the future, maybe, according with kToS), exp tomes, tokens (that can be obtained via market), etc.
So, you will be able to get some nice things with TP, but I wouldn’t say that you would lose something not buying it.
I see. I guess I should expect to only be able to reset skills if an event for it comes, then. I will prepare accordingly, thanks a lot for the info!
The biggest limitation for me of not having TP is the number of character slots… but, is it banned to have multiple accounts? If not, is it viable to do if one account is more serious and one account is alt? I would imagine the problem with multiple accounts is that I can’t share gear, but if I make an alt account meant more for fun, it should be fine. (Assuming it’s allowed)
And I don’t remember, but does the Token apply to your whole team when used?

If you are unsure, give the terms of service a read (crtl + f, ‘multiple’, I think you will find something about it if it is not allowed, I can’t do this now, if I could I would answer with sure)

Skill reset is buyable in the TP store for 88 tp. You are talking about stat reset potion.
If i were you id just buy character slots if you need more. Each character you level up adds to your team level, which gives bonus xp to all your characters. Also you will only have to get one token if you only have one account. also team storage. It will be a while before you need more than 4 slots though.

Yea its untradeable. You can only get it with TP.
