And what does it do? 
By pumping it (using C, it’s a subweapon), you can get +30 STR and your stamina will reduce by around 20. This is done through a stack of buffs (each buff gives +3 so a stack of 10). This lasts around 10 minutes, if I remember correctly. It’s quite handy and depending on the market, could go up to millions.

This item was also used for a exploit to attack all enemy’s on the screen. I haven’t tested if it still works.
Are you referring to the old bug where it turns the attack into an AoE? That’s been corrected in CBT2, so unless they bugged it out in between back then and now. (Which is possible considering the bugged summoning circles in Tenet Garden)
Yes it was but many of the old bugs and exploits have re surfaced in the early access and i haven’t tested if this one works again or not. Kinda curious to find out.
Good luck finding the dumbbell without spending millions, especially since they removed hats from mission and party quest rewards.
EDIT: Hats and artifacts. >.< Keep forgetting the hand items are called artifacts.
Thats all irrelevant to me, im just curious if it works. It wouldn’t even be helpful for me im a class that attacks for 60 damage lol.
I guess I will be holding on to this for a while before considering shouting for offers again LOL.

The general impression I’m getting from you guys is that I should keep this thing for myself since it’s so rare. So I’ll be doing just that indefinitely. Really appreciate the insight!
I got bubble wrap from the party quest tho.
I got one in iCBT through the Missions. I don’t know if it has been moved elsewhere as a drop, but my bet is it’s still a mission drop no matter what some folks here are claiming.
It was bugged in iCBT2 but it was fixed in the same beta period, and I’ve seen people have it already in the game.
Throw it away. 5 kg is too light. You won’t make any gains with that
