PP shop’s hair dye voucher not working when trying to purchase hair dye from beauty shop

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. go to beauty shop
2. have free dye voucher in inventory
3. select and buy hair dye
4. voucher not recognised by system forcing you to pay full TP price

Anyone else facing the same issue?

It’s not automatically recognized by the system. You have to have this window opened and select your coupon for it to apply. It’s quite hard to notice it unless you really explore everything while in the beauty shop.

In my case here, I only have a 50% off hair coupon so it’s only a 19tp discount.

Edit: hmm if you actually meant Wig Dye, then that’s not included in the voucher’s scope. The vouchers are only meant for the haircuts and not for wigs.

I did spotted that small icon on purchase menu and already tried clicking it. Nothing happens. Tried right clicking dye coupon or dragging it into the confirm purchase window. None worked.

It simply appears to me the dye coupon from PP was not recognisable by beauty shop system.

Or if anyone know what I’m doing wrong, please enlighten me.

Ps: I’m speaking about hair dye coupon. I have 2 free hair dye coupon and 50% discount hair dye coupon.

Just to clarify, which dyes are you trying to buy? Because if it’s these:

then it really won’t work cause that’s not included in the scope of the coupon.

The coupon only applies to these:

I was able to use my 50% hair dye coupon just last week though so I’m not sure why you’re having this problem.
