Potential Ranger Build

5-8k ez. at the lower range we’re talking about damage on Paladins. I have never done less than 7 k to a sinx. Unless another soulbraker sinx with shield card etcetc.

I did up it with weapon stats and gems. I didn’t go far as far as levels are concerned , I really put a lot of effort into trying different builds early game. My mid to late game is still under construction.

You’d have no chance, I’d kill you with stones before you’d do anything ^^ thats pretty low though I saw people doing around 15k and still died to me ^^

Anyhow I was wrong, its 70% critical for backstab on lvl 10, 60% on level 5 so ^^

Since you’re a fellow sinx, do you think I actually need cloaking or are 2 stuns ( stone shot and rush dog ) enough to have someone’s back open for me?

What RO servers did you play on? I played low rates / mid rates pre renewal. Mostly WoE. Mained sniper for other stuff. I was on DestinaRO, LuminaRO, visionRO, other WoE servers, some pinoy servers. (Aeon? Woon?

My main server was DarkKDR 100/100/100x 2k population at its best.
When that died, probably 40 other servers with all rates and levels.

No clue anymore I’d have to check our old forums. Maybe you remember my guild at the time though - ACAB?

That name seems vaguely familiar. @ontopic any help with the ranger build? :C How much CON did you guys need the last time to survive the magic?

I didn’t take any Con early on , because there is no magic dealing enemies, around lvl 30 I started raising con sporadically.
Can’t tell you the exact ratio tho. Personally I hate the STR stat , it seems to have very little impact at least on it’s own.

Few more questions:

Did anyone find Steady Aim to be worth it? From the description it looks like the dmg increase is pretty small (and the + dmg gets added after the skill damage right? Meaning if i use multishot after steady aim does the steady aim + 20 dmg just get added to the final multishot damage, or is the multishot dmg multiplier applied to ur phys attack + 20 from steady aim?) If it is the second then the attack speed decrease seems like a really big negative for not much dmg increase.

2nd: How do I estimate my evasion chance. So if a monster has 50 accuracy how much evasion (even an estimate, if the formula isnt available) do I need to dodge it say 90% or 100% of the time.

If I have 100 evasion and the monster has 50 accuracy: Does that mean i’ll evade 50% of attacks?

Steady aim’s bonus (and buff with similar functions) was added to the final damage, so the number will be flat. I personally think IMC should rework this because, in the end, with lvl 15 Steady Aim and maxed attribute you “can” only get 100+ bonus damage.

Nope. It goes through some untested formula before converted into a percentage chance, just like block rate and critical rate do.
