Potato server upgrade update?

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

I started to play this game back in March 2020 was hoping the lag will be resolve.
There’s less than 4k concurrent users how come people are experiencing this stupid thing?
It varies from 500 ping to 29k (highest) ping.
It’s 2021 most Datacentre are running 1g network some even 10g.
You got AWS, Google, OVH and ETC.

Can we please at least get an update with your so called improvement?

they should just delete gtw tbh. it just cant handle large scale wars.

Also just an idea to cater for JS lag.
Why not use the resources of the maps that we don’t use?
Like we have a gazzillion of them.
The game is ch based can edit those table for JS.

I dont think js is on the same server cluster as open world map. Plus, raid instance also link to chat instance. Their only choice is to have another separate server that can handle extremely heavy network traffic in just 20mins a day. Problem is, no one will rent their server for 20mins a day. Perhaps, they should make it a whole day event and we can only know the result on the next day to reduce the traffic.
