I can’t figure this out, they bought the 10$ basic one and another friend was gonna buy them a token but they’re not vip…so there is no way to give them a token?

except, you can’t buy TP at all for a month.
the 30$ & 50$ packs have premium tokens in them, so gifting steam wallet cards to your friends can help them buy the packs
Kinda. But that’s a bit of a work around just to gift a token to someone.
