Yeah sort of, but I cannot judge this man doing RMT only because he registered the weird item.
Why do I think like this? it is because, with a precondition, that the market is free trade if the price is too high, people would not buy the ridiculous items. Well there is few exceptions, like trading with friends, to brother… or who you know.
But What I concerned to be as a problem is, the trade which clearly involves with Bot Account.
Purchasing a weird item in suspicious pricing - we all know that this RMT chooses typical pricing range to make the right number when they trade. (its one of the factor, but not a whole list)
The Real Money Trading Must be suppressed, I’m not going to tell that this all going to solve the problems we have. Farming silver may sometimes or could be always frustrating Yes, I do feel that sometimes, but That doesn’t mean someone could violate rules. The frustration and report from users is another reason for me to observe or research to find a way to make QoL in game better. - I do accept its painful and slow process though.

The market names mod doesn’t work that well. Some peoples names don’t even show up.
You need to meet the player selling the item, for names to be show-able.

He’s been selling a ton of tokens. I won’t suggest that he learned his lesson but it’s possible he got it legitimately.
