[possible guide] @dicID BUG

AFTER PATCH: this method doesn’t work anymore! But there a new working solution that someone else posted!

If you are using the unifying usb from Logitech mouse. Just unplug it after starting the luncher/client, then press enter to get into server and once inside the barreck, then replug in the usb and turn on mouse again.

Other info or why this came to my attention:
I’m playing on my dell tablet venue pro 8 and I had this problem as well, I then logged into the game but had to move so I took out my micro to usb converter and when I plug it back in you hear the window’s ping and when it connected I got the dicID BUG.

Edit: it helps if you delete the user_c as well, I had to do this everytime I log on and so far done it 5 times and worked. And retry it normally and DicID pop up.

Good luck and see you in game!

Can you specify this, delete user_c?

Where you install tos from steam and then release folder. Inside that folder is user_c

Didn’t work for me, sadly. I deleted user_c as well, and unplugged all of my USB devices. No luck.

Dang sorry to hear that… Maybe it’s only works for me?

Need more ppl to test this

not working for me too : O bad luck

I have a LOGITECH keyboard. And I confirm this!

Sweet glad it’s working for someone

Zalman user here, still get the error

Just kidding. It worked once, it really made sense since game was keyboard intensive. Then it stopped working after I got dced. Hahahaha

It’s a game engine problem with the CPU or GPU.

Humm I see… But seriously this method works for me so idk anymore…
