I saw that apparently I’m not the only one but I didn’t get everything I asked for my popo points ticket, I had more than 5.600 Popo points and I asked for Stone so I only got 10 portal stone instead of minimum 130 of them.
you need to be more specific with what you ask…
just imagine it as having a Monkey paw…

Imagine you have a five year old child in front of you when you submit tickets. You have to lead him by the hand and explain everything in detail. For example here: “I miss my rewards for 5600 popo points. Since the Raid Portal Stone x10 bundles were exchangeable at a rate of 400 popo points per x10 bundle, I want you to exchange those 5600 popo points for 5600/400 = 14 of such bundles.”

Same problem here… I had 5.900 points and receive one prize…
Which is what I did, and responded to the ticket, still awaiting answers…
