It is not that can’t afford, but most of my friend (20+ from ex-RO and real life) are freemium so I will stick with them. Else if I played in founder server, surely 3 months later I need reroll in new server with them, then my effort will be wasted.
No problem for those that already have friends to stick in founder server.
Somemore, $50 I can buy a really really good PC single player game from steam to kill some time.
Finally, 3 months is too long, nobody know how it impact the mood.
$50 is to much for me even $20, anyone want to play with me on Jun 19th?

Count me in too, I planned to support the game sooner or later and considering there are 600 TP included, it’s not that bad of a deal and i have seen much worse founder packs.
I don’t mind the game being buggy even if of course it would have been much better if it was close to finished.
In a way, this is like paying for a three-months CBT with TP + two items as rewards, finding and reporting bugs and making the game more stable for those waiting for the F2P release.

3 month sooooo long 
I’m not so sure I like it… But at the time I can’t blame them if they’re in financial trouble right now. I’ve seen too many good companies go belly up in the last 5 years to say models like this are completely in the wrong. It’s a temporary P2W… I’m just not sure sure how friends that want to do F2P are going to react when I tell them to come to my server. A server that has a 3 month head start on them.
I’m buying the founders pack for sure. I can understand why other people are upset, but eh, I had money saved for months I knew I was going to spend on the game anyways.

They will most likely realize that getting to the current cap is easy and that being on a 3 month old server means that a lot of items will be in circulation.
The botters will flock to the new servers and piss them all off, so predict that a good portion of people who want to play the game will want to be on the main server.
That is a possibility. And I hope you’re right. I hope they’ill just have access to cheap scrolls and have a breezy time leveling.
But I still have flash backs to Final Fantasy XI when they started Americans on the Japanese server that had been running for sometime. We couldn’t afford the food, the equipment. We were always looked down on. It took a long time to claw our way out of that. Some of us faked it… Just spammed WWWW and copy pasted Japanese phrases to get by. Played like the Japanese liked to play so our reputation wasn’t tarnished… 6-7 hour long blocks of endless crawler pulls. Those god damn crawlers… I’m traumatized.
