Targets continue to receive momentary damage EVEN AFTER moving away
As I tested, targets DO NOT receive DoT after-effect when STANDING in the skill area for the whole time. But they do IF they walk out of the skill area BEFORE the effect disappears.
I believe it was desgined to give DoTs while standing but not sure whether the skill tooltip or the actual DoT effect in-game is correct.
No, the tooltip is corect. You need to kick them out of PoA (Earthquake) before the magic circle end.
I assume that it should have DoTs in all cases, but lower ticks if moving away from the word “receive momentary damage EVEN AFTER moving away, but damage weakens over time”. If this is not the case, for me its kinda weird that stationary targets and bosses (that can’t be knocked back) will always take lower damage because they cannot be lured out of the magic circle easily.
