Im not sure which build is better between this

My goal is PVE 80% PVP 20% and I love AOE ,high damages.My stat would be STR3–DEX2–CON1 for both build . So what is your recommend about these builds.
Go take Dragoon for mainly PVE because of this attribute
If your main focus is PvE, I highly recommend this build
It gives you everything you need from AoE to bossing damage to defense. It’s just a bit lacking in PvP
Oh and you don’t really need bash in PvE

Isn’t Cat only worth it if u go c3?
No not really, the only reason people go Cata c3 is because of min-maxing. With cata c3 you get rush and 99% up time of Trot, which is vital in PvP (since you don’t want to lose your speed in the middle of the fight)
In PvE, however, you lure 1 spot, kill them all, then move on to next spot, there’s no need to maintain Trot at all.

1.Is dragoon is must class? I don’t like their costume.
2.Is Gae Bulg really does 3800 damages!? while other dragoon skill does around 800 damages on info.

it provides good defensive buffs too…wait i have to find my list for that build…for me to explain to you…but disclaimer, this is just theory craft about dragoon build…but that is the common build for DPS spear users
