Pls, help with taoist build, holy emergency xD

Hi guys, i’m building a taoist, and i dont kno what to do with rank 6 and 7, and i’m going crazy cuz i’m almost there and i’m so confused :frowning:

pls help me in some stuff

Option 1 - Cleric c2 krivis c3 bokor-Plague-taoist

I tought about this build but i dont know if its is worth, i hope someone tested to confirm, seems a lot of dmg without no longer cd

option 2 - Cleric c2 krivis 3 miko- ??? - taoist

this build is one of my favorites except for no dmg class at rank 7, i think hamaya can do more dmg than carnivory, cuz dont have hit limit.

option 3 - the famous cleric c2 krivis c3 druid c2 -taoist

no explanations right??

I’d vote for this due to it being able to hit flying mobs… the no hit count is nice too.

For rank7, you can either pick Priest for Res (and some basic buffs so that Daino wont be that useless), Oracle for magic immunity, or Kabbalist (I heard merkabah is gonna be buffed to be able to damage several times w/ each wheel? not sure if it will apply to c1 too, or only to the c2).

No to druid c1 at rank7, because carnivory c1 is meh and provides very little utility.

I’m leaning towards option 3 because while carnivory is meh at best, druid offers something else to the table which is sterea trofh. Putting that skill in a rotation with SZ gives you almost 100% invincibility and the ability to set up your Storm Calling-Zaibas with impunity. A weakness would be that bosses would roll away too often or mobs would be too spread out but that is always the problem for non PD cleric since almost all of their damage source are ground based.

I’m worried about get this , cuz when my skills be on cd, i will have nothing to kill mobs, also do quests quickly

You have to consider that you already have hamaya + other utilities (Kagura Channeling, etc)
So, it’s druid c2 vs Miko c1 + 1 other rank

All that said, I think it’s best to go druid c2 if you’re leaning towards self DPS… in case taoist c2 only have support skills , you can still go druid c3 @ rank 9…

Although i’m not sure it will be wise to backtrack at such a high rank… But, due to the double MATK scaling, who knows??

Hi, I like Miko > Kabba > Tao path, some advantages are :
Miko : +1 Skill level with Broom (More Duration for Storm Calling; Dark Sight; Three Disasters; Meltis; More hits for Zaibas etc), Gohei its great for PvP. Hamaya hits flying mobs. Kagura dance with Broom and Divine Might gets 70% melee dmg bonus + 50% from Storm Calling its great for boost DPS from your party (Great in ET).
Kabba : Meltis and Kagura will drain your mana, Ein Sof recover it all. R7 Its great for PvP. Lets wait wheels attribute…

I second this too apparently. Miko+Kabba have all that utility PLUS the promise of Merkabah conveying limited invulnerability. That package is comparable, if not superior to druid 2 because I just remembered druid 2 lacks debuff removal. If we’re looking to the prospect of R9, I’m not sure because druid 3 Lycanthropy might benefit from storm calling while Kabba C3 might be super awesome. The gamble is yours OP
