Heal no longer creates a billion tiles on the ground and is now very little healing anyway.
Sure, keep it nerfed in some shape or form if you want but 50 seconds cooldown isn’t viable, nor is it having 50% healing reduction.
This being overlooked was a huge missfortune, please correct it.
TBL is dead content IMC clearly doesn’t care about, just abandon it till IMC does something
