Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start the game
  2. Login
  3. try make a guild chat message if it fail I cant get into a instance
  4. If I cant do a guild message I get http://blhtml.org/images/user/66_0826004429.jpg
    when try get into a inctance

The only way I could get in is to kill Client_tos.exe and kill the Background process, restart and try get into the instance
I have bigger success if I am in a chanel with fewer player
I can sit and kill Client_tos.exe up to 20 time untill I gen login
My daughter that sitting on same network can also get this one computer can get into the instance but the other cant
but even in the middle of the Philippine night its can still be the same
If we can get into the instance it works…
It is like some where when you loggon to the game you loggon to to a secondary server and it doesn’t check if its get loggon successfully
if not working I can chat to the local chanel, I cant wisper, guild chat or get into a instance!

You cant assist me you need to check when the player logon they also logon to the chat/instance server
Now if fail to logon to char instance server it never logon and you can never go instance or guild chat!

You need to do a update and make that extra check if logon to the extra server!
it try logon to the chat/incstance server untill success

Now it TRY logon to the extra server. if it fail it just ignore that and go in the game without been logon to the chat/instance server then I need restart and hope it logon the next time…
