Not really rushed myself, but I will add that here in Argentina we also have a long weekend… Although it overlaps with the Holy Thursday/Friday holiday.
But, most likely this will actually cause them to stay firm on the date, as a long weekend will mean a big influx of players, and they most likely want a calm beginning on a laboral day…

Tuesday is generally the day for releasing new games/software. So that they have ~4 days in the week to fix stuff. Whereas, if they release it on thursday, they only have thursday and friday because less people work on the weekends.
And here i am, working in 4 shifts with no holidays at all…
